Rates

• $3,200 per Psychological Evaluation
• $200 per therapy hour

Each psychological evaluation in total including face to face appointments, test scoring and interpretation, and report writing takes approximately 12-20 hours to complete and the full fee reflects this time. 

Evaluations contain the following components:

• An 8-15 page report with diagnosis and treatment recommendations.
• A personalized, table identifying your challenges, strengths, and preferences,
• A brief letter summarizing evaluation results and recommendations
• A feedback session providing a summary of evaluation findings, recommendations, and next steps in a manner personalized to your needs.

Please ask about installment plan payment options that I may be able to provide for you.

Please keep in mind that I do not take any forms of insurance, but am able to provide a Superbill that may allow you to claim out-of-network benefits.

Insurance

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Payment

I accept  all major credit card and debit cards as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full rate of the session per hour on a prorated basis.
